20岁小伙一年猛长25厘米，身高已达到223厘米，医生：巨人症

class=\"rich_media_content\"\u003e\u003cp\u003e家长都希望孩子能长得高一点再高一点，但过快的生长速度可能是疾病的表现，需要引起注意。温医大附一院神经外科团队为一名身高超过200厘米的小伙小刘（化名）\u003cstrong\u003e进行了神经内镜经蝶垂体瘤手术\u003c/strong\u003e，家人没想到，这让他们一直引以为傲的身高，竟然是\u003cstrong\u003e巨人症\u003c/strong\u003e的典型表现。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cdiv []\"\u003e小刘来自福建，是一名大学生，小时候平平无奇，也没有很高，但是进入青春期后，就像打通了任督二脉，身高噌噌往上蹿，最快的时候，一年可长25厘米。今年他20岁，身高已达到223厘米。父母以及家族中并没有这么高的人，大家还为小刘的身高感到惊喜。\u003c!--MID_AD_0--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_0--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_0--\u003e\u003cp data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\"\u003e因为身高的优势，小刘被送往当地的体校打篮球。一段时间后，在日常训练和比赛中，小刘出现了体力不支的情况，只当是过度运动带来的不适并未引起小刘的重视。可他的身体越来越难以承受运动强度，家长这才带小刘去就医。经检查发现，\u003cstrong\u003e其血糖水平极度增高，需要每天注射80单位胰岛素才能控制血糖，生长激素增高了300多倍\u003c/strong\u003e，更严重的是，头颅核磁共振查出垂体大腺瘤，累及左侧海绵窦、蝶窦，需要手术治疗。\u003c!--MID_AD_1--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_1--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_1--\u003e\u003cp data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\"\u003e在朋友的推荐下，家长带着小刘来到温医大附一院神经外科寻求帮助。综合病史以及相关检查结果，\u003cstrong\u003e小刘被确诊为\u003cem\u003e垂体良性肿瘤、肢端肥大症和垂体性巨人症、\u003c!--VERTICAL_CARD_BEGIN_0--\u003e糖尿病\u003c!--VERTICAL_CARD_END_0--\u003e\u003c/em\u003e，\u003c/strong\u003e考虑到口服药物难以控制病情，团队最后决定为小刘进行手术。经过头颅内镜经蝶垂体瘤手术，小刘的激素水平显著下降，\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_0--\u003e血糖\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_0--\u003e也得到良好的控制，无需再进行\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_1--\u003e胰岛素\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_1--\u003e注射。其身体各项指标均得到控制，目前已康复出院。小刘跟家人都没想到，身高太高也是一种病。\u003c!--MID_AD_2--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_2--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_2--\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_2--\u003e脑垂体\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_2--\u003e是人体内分泌的中枢器官，分泌人体所有激素，包括促进身高发育的\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_3--\u003e生长激素\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_3--\u003e。如果脑垂体的细胞过度增生而长成\u003cstrong\u003e垂体腺瘤\u003c/strong\u003e，那么\u003cstrong\u003e垂体变大、分泌的生长激素也会增多，就会导致巨人症。\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cdiv []\"\u003e神经外科主任苏志鹏表示，科室近几年已为多例“\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_4--\u003e巨人症\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_4--\u003e”患者进行了手术，异常增高的激素均得到了较好的控制。虽然巨人症被定义为\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_5--\u003e罕见病\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_5--\u003e，但其实离我们并不遥远。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #07a9fe\"\u003e这些日常变化要注意\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp data-pm-slice=\"0 0
